We are dedicated to bringing you the best possible food and service. We source not only the highest quality ingredients and, whenever available, ingredients that are sustainably raised, grown, and harvested, and always to meet our specifications. We hope you will taste the difference!
Please let us know of any food allergies or other food sensitivities as not all ingredients are listed on the menu. Gluten free options (upon request) indicate that the menu item can be prepared for guests with sensitivity to gluten. Gustaf’s is not an allergen or gluten free environment. Menu items may be prepared using shared equipment, allowing for cross-contact with allergens and other ingredients. For these reasons, even when specially ordered, we are unable to guarantee that a menu item will be free of any allergen.

Western Jr. – Turkey, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayo sandwich served with chips and a pickle. 🅖
The Mini Guld – Kid-sized grilled cheese sandwich served with chips and a pickle. 🅖
PBJ – Peanut butter and organic fruit spread sandwich on choice of bread, with chips and a pickle. 🅖

The Gustaf Melt – Turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, and tomato, grilled on Gustaf’s signature cranberry wild rice bread. 14 🅖
The Brickhouse – Fresh, warm, 6-oz. natural chicken breast on a sourdough bun, with one of these combinations:
1) aged provolone, sprouts, avocado, and chipotle sauce; or
2) hardwood bacon, organic lettuce, tomato, and mayo; or
3) hardwood bacon, homemade organic BBQ sauce, and choice of cheddar, pepper jack, or aged provolone cheese. 15 🅖
Guldegubben Melt – Golden grilled cheese made with choice of two cheeses (cheddar, pepper jack, aged provolone). 10 🅖
