Hours & Events
Gustaf’s on Main Eatery first opened in the Summer of 2018 and brought to life the dream of owners Ed and Deannah Muha. They envisioned a locally owned, inviting place with flavorful and affordable food for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, as well as dessert and ice cream year-round. Eatery hours adjust seasonally.
The Eatery is at home in Lindström’s well-known red brick house, the Gustaf Anderson House, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Muha’s personal investment of time and hands-on labor revived the Old World charm of the Gustaf House to create a venue for both locals and visitors to enjoy fresh, well-portioned food. And, Gustaf’s Eatery strives to be organic, farm-to-table, and locally sourced.
The Eatery offers a pleasant place for shoppers to relax with a fresh lunch, for business people to meet over coffee or brunch, for hikers to grab a snack and go, and for road-tripping friends to stop for refreshment. The menu also includes Scandinavian desserts, premium ice cream, and Swedish meatball dinners on select evenings throughout the year (follow the Eatery on Facebook for specific dates).
Gustaf’s provides comfortable meeting spaces for small groups, including book clubs, Bible studies, car and card clubs, and more.
Gustaf’s hosts public and private tea parties in Eatery spaces, all by reservation.
Gustaf’s Eatery can cater your special event with customized menus.
