Breakfast – Served All Day

The Lindström – Gustaf’s special egg dish made fresh with Italian sausage, cheddar cheese, and garden-fresh veggies, with toast. 🅖
The Panhandler – Mom’s hearty breakfast of cheesy potatoes, ham, and fresh vegetables, with toast. Uff da!
The Covered Wagon – A combination of The Lindström and The Panhandler, with toast.
- Choose to add two scrambled eggs.
Gustaf’s Breakfast Wrap – Our Covered Wagon served in a garlic wrap. Add salsa or sour cream.
The Nordic – Swedish pancakes served with strawberries or real maple syrup, and whipped cream. You betcha’! Choose to add one or both of these options:

Lena’s Avocado Toast – Creamy, crisp, and oh so satisfying. Organic multi-grain bread toasted well with avocado spread thick. 🅖
- Add two scrambled eggs.
- Add veggies or meat – priced according to specific option.
Monte Cristo Breakfast – Two fresh, organic scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese served on our French toast, with syrup. Hearty Breakfast!

Ole’s Breakfast Sandwich – Two fresh, organic scrambled eggs, slice of cheddar cheese, two strips of hardwood bacon, on a fresh croissant. 🅖
Grandma B’s Breakfast – Two fresh organic scrambled eggs, two pieces of hardwood bacon, two pieces of buttered, organic multi-grained toast, and a beverage of your choice. 🅖
Pappy’s Breakfast – Two fresh organic scrambled eggs, two pieces of hardwood bacon, two Swedish pancakes (with strawberries or real maple syrup, and whipped cream), and a beverage of your choice.

Little Cowpoke – One scrambled egg, one piece of toast, one piece of bacon. 🅖
Little Swede – Kid-sized Nordic (Swedish pancakes) served with strawberries or real maple syrup, and whipped cream.
Western Jr. – Turkey, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayo sandwich served with chips and a pickle. 🅖
The Mini Guld – Kid-sized grilled cheese sandwich served with chips and a pickle. 🅖
PBJ – Peanut butter and organic fruit spread sandwich on choice of bread, with chips and a pickle. 🅖

The Gustaf Melt – Turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, and tomato, grilled on Gustaf’s signature cranberry wild rice bread. 🅖

The Pioneer – Hardwood bacon, crisp lettuce, and fresh tomato piled high on toast with mayo, served on organic multi-grain toast. 🅖

Helena’s Salad – Organic spinach with feta cheese, fresh blueberries, choice of pecans or walnuts, and raspberry dressing on the side. 🅖
Gold Digger’s Salad – Organic spring mix, chicken breast, feta cheese, tomatoes, fresh blueberries, cucumbers, sugared walnuts, served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. 🅖

Gustaf’s Take & Bake Pot Pie
With over 3,000 sold, our take and bake pot pie is a winner! Chunks of chicken and fresh vegetables in a freshly made crust.
