Gustaf’s Eatery Hours & Events
Gustaf’s Eatery opened in 2018 to serve the Chisago Lakes area with flavorful, made-to-order food for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Situated in Lindström’s iconic Gustaf Anderson House, the family-owned Eatery captures the Old World charm of a space listed on the the National Register of Historic Places while offering fresh and new food choices.
Take advantage of the Eatery’s convenient U.S. Hwy. 8 location to pick up breakfast or lunch items to go, pot pies for dinner, or dessert and ice cream during an afternoon break. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and call us to reserve one of our unique spaces for your gathering.
We can cater your business meeting, private gathering, or special event with customized menus.
Open Year Round
Monday thru Wednesday – 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursday thru Sunday – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Meeting & Event Spaces
Gustaf’s Eatery spaces, both the main floor and upper room, can be reserved for private groups or corporate events and meetings during daytime or evening hours. Inquire by phone or email and let us know your needs; group size is limited and costs vary.
Special Events
The Eatery hosts several special events throughout the year! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date. Special events are by reservation only due to limited space.
Special Event Reservation Policy
All special events, including tea parties, require a credit card to hold the reservation. There are no cancellations once the reservation is set, but reservations are transferable. Gustaf’s reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather. No-shows will be charged for the full price of the event. Please see event details for additional limitations.

Tea at Gustaf’s
The Eatery invites you to drop in for tea! We offer eight different varieties of tea for you to enjoy with your choice of food from our regular menu. The Eatery is a delightful place to relax over a cup of tea with family and friends.
No tea party events are planned for Fall 2024. Please check back for future tea party possibilities.
